To initiate a return please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the return process. Items must be sent back to Uplyft U Boutique within 14 days of the customer having received/picked up the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Final sale items are not eligible for return/exchange. Handbags and accessories are considered final sale items. Gift cards are nonrefundable. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. NO REFUND POLICY. Items can be returned for store credit only.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear/tear). Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of pick up/arrival, if not reported within that time frame, a credit will not be issued. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of pick up/arrival. Merchandise purchased online can be returned to the address listed below. Any item not received in its original condition, free of ALL ODORS, stains, and damages will NOT be accepted and the customer will be notified.

Uplyft U Boutique stocks products in limited quantities; therefore, exchanging for the same item can be difficult. If you would like to exchange an item that is no longer in stock, a store credit will be issued. If you would like to return an item, follow the above process to do so. A store credit will be issued once your return is received. Store credits do not expire.
Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued a store credit in the form of a Gift Card via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax fees.
